玉雕之道:宝剑锋从磨砺出

　2002年，当我独自做了几年玉雕之后，只身一人来到深圳。
　　在珍琦玉雕工作室，我边干边学，钻研技艺，博采众家之长。这里的玉雕品种多，技术高手多，大家交流，在深圳两年的学习和磨练，开阔了我的眼界，提高了雕刻的技艺。
　　2004年回到了家乡徐州，我在户部山古玩市场成立了鸿宝堂玉雕工作室。带着几个学员承接玉器的加工活，每天都尽心尽力的去做，渐渐地有了主顾和信誉。经过了几年的市场锻炼与自身努力，我在玉雕专业技术上的努力终于有了回报，我的作品《滴水观音》、《风云际会》、《蝶螭汉佩》、《螭龙穿蝶》等，相继在中国玉石器百花奖和上海玉雕神工奖的评比中，都获得了不错的奖项。
　　回望自己走过的学艺路程，十几年来，我最深刻的体会是：从艺刻苦，要不断的学习；艺无止境，兼学才能提高。尤其是近三年，到北京、上海几次参加全国性的玉雕专业作品的评奖，近距离地观摩一些大师及雕刻艺术家们获奖的精品，真可谓眼界大开，受益匪浅。大师表现佛教题材作品的构思之精到，工艺之精湛真是令我咂舌，对观世音菩萨这一佛教形象的宗教与文化的理解诠释，表现在作品的面部饱满，神态慈祥以及衣纹线条的流畅柔美更是令我倾佩。传统的玉牌，在保持玉文化理念的同时融入西方文化的表现手法，更加规整明快，刚柔并济，线条有力。当代的玉雕，对点线面的处理，吸光面反光面的运用，保持传统又不乏创新，把玉雕艺术推向了一个崭新的时代高度。
　　在开阔视野的同时，我在艺术上产生了顿悟：自己这么多年的历练到了现在，眼下最欠缺的不是工具的使用和手法的表现，而是缺乏创意和领悟!确切地说，是文化内涵的创意，是艺术表现的领悟。是我在历史文学知识、艺术创意设计、专业绘画表达方面综合素质上的亟需提高。中国玉石器百花奖监审委、玉文化学者李维翰老师看出了我的心事，鼓励我说：“看了大师的作品，知道自己的差距在哪里吗?知不足者好学，是为勇也!”老师的话点到了我的心思，我的境界有了升华。我不知疲倦地拍照速写，如饥似渴地吸收代表着当代玉雕艺术特性与表现手法的艺术营养，观摩优秀的作品引起了我的反思：自己玉雕艺术的创作道路，应该怎样的走下去?我拿定了主意，不能囿于眼前，果断放弃以加工经营为主的工作室。我要一步步地踏实创作，从每一件作品做起。我受聘徐州《王工坊》工艺美术有限公司任职玉雕工艺师，与那里的艺术总监、玉雕大师蒋宏利和艺术工作者蒋大昶一起，进行玉雕艺术创作。我力求使作品体现出主题明确、表达精到的特点。最近尚待完成的几件作品，适逢上海海派玉雕大师张焕庆来我们徐州交流指导，到工作室对其作了点评，使我获益非浅。我要求自己，在创作风格上，采取虚实并用的手法，注重精细；在细节表达上，尽量化繁为简，体现韵味。雕刻出立体感强、鲜活灵动、玲珑高雅、贴近自然的作品。表达出一种自然和谐的意趣，寓美于形、富有意境。要在承袭中国传统玉雕表现的基础上，融入时代的特征和自己的思想见解。
　　短短几个月的学习和调整，使我的思考和理念产生了飞跃。刚完成的玉雕作品《持莲观世音》，造型美观，线条流畅，不仅得到同行和老师们的肯定，也使我本人有了脱胎换骨的感觉。我对构图画功上的要求也有了新的高度，对原稿的推敲酝酿，三维空间的理解表现好像也更加开窍了。如今的玉雕艺术创作，真的有了一些新的想法，感到眼前的思路，创作的题材更加丰富，更加开阔了。
　　我们徐州，是国家级的历史文化名城，不仅有着厚重的传统文化底蕴，同时也是两汉文化的发源地。文化的资源是一笔宝贵的财富，给我们提供了丰富的创作题材。汉代玉器不仅精美，其艺术表现更是博大精深。如何进一步发掘与诠释，继承与创新。是值得我好好下功夫研究的课题。在徐州博物馆里，有一个名称为“蝶”的玉器，看外观好像与明清时期的扳指相似。原来我不知道此玉器古人到底是作什么用的，只是欣赏那流畅的造型。我问到了对古代玉器很有研究的李维翰老师，才得知“蝶”是古人戴在手指上拉弓射箭保护手指用的。以后发明了弩机，“蝶”才失去了实用功能，成为尚武的标志。汉代鸡心佩的造型和以后的扳指都是源于古老的“蝶”。对此在玉文化专著《唐风说玉》中有具体解释。
　　由此可以看出，玉的文化内涵是多么丰厚。我们今天做玉的人，既要传承又要创新，创作出有灵魂有神韵，工艺精湛的精品来，这是时代对我们的要求。我的获奖作品《蝶螭汉佩》，就是运用了汉代鸡心佩的元素，融入了现代工艺的手法，获得了玉石器百花奖银奖。这让我对研究、表现汉代的文化元素，创作当代玉雕作品，更加充满了自信。
　　从艺的道路没有坦途，只有不断地给力，才能不断地登攀!

　　慈禧太后珍爱翡翠，与历代的统治者相比是空前绝后的。她把成色好的翡翠看得比什么珍宝都贵重。有一年湖北的一个知府向慈禧进献一个镶有大钻石的头饰，慈禧不要，她宁可要一个镶有翡翠的小饰物。慈禧太后有一枚高质量的翡翠戒指，是琢玉高手依玉料的色彩、形态雕琢成的黄瓜形戒饰。她的满族头饰，差不多全由翡翠及珍珠镶串而成，制作非常精巧，每一颗翡翠或珍珠几乎都可单独活动。

　　5月21日,记者在乌鲁木齐市光明路附近见到了柯建辉和他的“玉石手机”.除去中间机芯部分,手表手机全由玉石制成,表带长约18厘米,机芯长4厘米、宽6厘米.

　　“机芯是我拆开手机后请朋友帮忙改装的,其他部分都是我做的.”柯建辉说.

　　记者当场用“玉石手机”拨通了办公室的电话,和同事通话声音很清楚.

　　柯建辉是湖北鄂州人,去年5月来到乌鲁木齐市拜师学艺,7月学成后,他花5000元买了一块和田玉料回老家,最终一块玉浪费了三分之二才做成这个手机壳.

　　目前,柯建辉已经申报了国家专利.
